After a number of game announcements over Microsoft’s E3 Press Conference, details on the next Xbox generation have been announced. Under the title of Project Scarlett, this new generation was talked about as being “The future of gaming”.
The new genration has brand new architecture, including a brand new processor built by AMD, and a new SSD. We don’t have too much information on Microsoft’s plans for the console, apart from the idea that they want to remove loading from games, which sounds like a hefty ask.
Project Scarlett will be launching during the holidays in 2020, alongside Halo Infinite as a launch title.
